We blame age for a lot of our ailments and though I know that things do change, just blaming age takes the ability to do anything about what’s happening away from us, and it is not exactly correct. We move in very habitual patterns which wears out the parts being overused, but if we give ourselves other options for moving by adding strength and mobility, then we don’t wear out so readily.
