BOLD was designed from the research of Brene Brown, as “A courage building program for adolescents.” This program is uniquely offered only through a certified Daring Way fascilitator. Diane Hakes is one of the presenters for this session and is one of three Daring Way fascilitators in the state of Idaho.

BOLD uses a combination of large and small group discussion, participan worksheets and expressive arts to tackle common struggles, including living with increased courage, resiliency, managing criticism, conflict, and family dynamics. This program helps to build positive healthy self-worth and relationships.
