Kundalini is a combination of postures (kriya), breathing, mantra (sound) and meditation done in a specific sequence. Each class will be different and will have a particular focus, like strengthening the immune system, opening the heart, supporting digestion, overhauling the nervous system, firing up the metabolism, releasing anger… We start by tuning in, then warming up, followed by a kriya (exercise sequence), a meditation and relaxation.
