Learn how to see the way you’re moving in a more nuanced way! Join the lovely Kasey Rose starting tomorrow morning at the tipis by the Clubhouse.
Each class will identify ways you move (or don’t move) your body, and how you often compensate at the expense of your health to get the job done. Kasey teaches how to align your body well during a variety of exercises so you can start learning how to be your own personal trainer and guide yourself to moving more with greater ease and less pain. You will learn ways to move that keep you strong and feeling good so you can continue to be active and live the life you love.
These classes are appropriate for most all levels of fitness and especially suitable for active people who want to remain active.
