MONDAYS
Join Lisa Marie at North Beach-Backwoods Adventures on Mondays at 8:30 a.m. for a fun Pilates session on a Stand-up Board. Challenge your balance on the water with fun Pilates exercises. Need a Board? Rentals are available onsite at Backwoods Adventures. (Extra cost). Each class will focus on paddling technique, stretches, and core work. CALL OR TEXT TODAY
