An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Thursday, repeating until September 7, 2023
This class is a great way to begin the day, creating some heat and energy within the body. We’ll start with breath work and warm ups, allowing ourselves to center before picking up pace. As class speeds up, we will sync the breath with movement, coming to a peak pose and then slowing down again towards the end. Class will end with some more restorative poses and then savasana.
