Level: Advanced (Reformer experienced Required/ Recommended)

This is the intense approach to reaching a Balanced Body. The techniques, modifications and practice is geared toward the advanced Pilates student familiar with the reformer. Our exercises will include, but not be limited to: mermaid, elephant, up stretch, teaser on the box and semi circle. Max attendance is four participants.
