New Policies & Procedures to Keep Your Stay Safe and Healthy

Our lodging members are working overtime to ensure the properties you stay in meet and exceed the CDC’s health and safety guidelines. Learn more about what our individual property management companies are doing and what to expect as you plan your visit to McCall:

Frost Property Management

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our homes. Frost Cabins was founded on principles of exceptional cleanliness.  In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures, under the advice of global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.  Some of the protocols we have implemented include:

We have become more flexible with our cancellation policy and are offering guests the option to move their reservations, without penalty, anytime in the next 12 months at any one of our homes.

McCall Vacation Properties

McCall Vacation Properties has increased our already high standards for housekeeping after each guest visit by requiring use of gloves and masks by housekeepers and putting an additional focus on sanitizing high-touch surfaces as a final step of our housekeeping process. Additionally, all linens are being sent out to a professional laundry service which is washing all linens at high temperatures as advised by the CDC. We have temporarily suspended our standard cancellation policy and will provide a full refund up to the day of check-in if guest travel is disrupted by Coronavirus restrictions or health concerns of higher risk travelers. To provide the highest level of flexibility in regard to cancellations, guests should book directly through our office by phone rather than through our listings on Airbnb and VRBO as those two sites are imposing some restrictions in the fees they’ll refund during a cancellation.

DoneRight Management

DoneRight Management and Vacation Rentals is committed to preserving the health of our guests, staff, and greater community of Valley County. Our housekeeping team follows an extensive cleaning checklist and must physically “check the box” that they have completed each step using our tracking software before they can complete a clean – ensuring thorough, consistent cleanliness across all our vacation rentals.

With the arrival of COVID-19, we have put extra focus on not only cleaning, but thoroughly disinfecting surfaces, especially high-touch surfaces like light switches, door handles, etc., as well as laundering and sanitizing cloth items. Our company also uses ozone generators, which are very effective at killing viruses, bacteria, and other biological pollutants when run at a high concentration.

Additionally, all our properties are equipped with keyless entry keypads or lockboxes, allowing guests to self-check in without physically exchanging keys with another individual. Unlike a hotel, our properties offer guests accommodations without having to interact or come in close contact with staff members or other patrons outside of their group.

For guests whose reservations are impacted by government-mandated travel restrictions, we’re able to offer flexible options outside of our normal cancellation policy to either rebook their stay, or receive a travel credit or refund. We also offer travel and cancellation insurance through CSA that offers coverage for guests whose reservations are disrupted due to injury or illness.
