Tamarack Resort is a four-season resort that’s just a quick drive South of McCall in Donnelly. Tamarack Resort is the Treasure Valley’s closest mountain resort with lodging and snowmaking, which makes the snow conditions more reliable, even when Mother Nature doesn’t deliver. Tamarack lifts turn 7 days a week from 9A.M. until 4P.M. throughout ski season. During the summer, the resort is home to mountain biking, hiking, rafting, ziplines and watersports on Lake Cascade.
Tamarack offers 1,020 skiable acres to skiers and snowboarders of all ages and ability levels. The Tamarack Snow Sports School has a knowledge and experienced staff of skier and snowboarders to teach first-timers, as well as the more advanced who are looking for a new challenge or to improve their abilities.
With many lodging options available, Tamarack can accommodate anywhere from small gatherings to large groups. The resort offers everything from hotel rooms at the luxurious Lodge at Osprey Meadows to Estate Homes that easily accommodate up to 16 guests. Cozy cottages, plush chalets, and townhomes are also available on site for groups of all sizes.
Tamarack also offers a variety of dining options in the base area, including Clearwater Coffee Co. which offers a fresh variety of coffees, as well as a tasty selection of breakfast items. The Village Market Featuring a wide selection of groceries along with your favorite beers and wine. The market also has a variety of fresh-made sandwiches and salads to pack with you. Mile High Cantina Located mere steps from the top of Tamarack Express, this quaint yurt offers Tamarack’s newest dining– tacos and tequila.
