Master of Wine and Master Sommelier, Doug Frost, will personally introduce each pour served alongside a 5-course menu pairing created by Executive Chef Marcus Stewart.
Frost is a renowned wine expert and author who is celebrated internationally for his deep knowledge of wine. In 2018, he co-founded Echolands Winery, which focuses on regenerative organic viticulture and produces wines that embody the elegance and balance of the Walla Walla Valley.
