The Adams County Historical Society will host a presentation on the early history of Meadows Valley on Tuesday, January 14th at 7pm at the Historic P&IN Railway Depot in New Meadows.

The presentation by Dale Fisk will cover the geology of the area as well as information about the early settlers, what life was like in the late 1800s when the valley was first settled and contrast life then versus now.

The event is free and will be held in the Freigh Room Auditorium at the depot located at 101 S. Commercial Ave. in New Meadows.
