Join Lisa Marie, Master Balanced Body Pilates Teacher with over 20 years of teaching movement.

Learn the original Classical Pilates Mat method which their is a sequence to the work, designed to move the body through a full range of movement.

The traditional pilates sequence builds intelligently with foundational exercises at the beginning and more complex exercises as you gain strength and control. The classes will focus on the entire body, and mind.
No pilates experience needed.

Lisa Marie moved to McCall in 2014 . She loves movement and being a movement detective. By finding imbalances and compensations she helps clients learn these patterns. Lisa Marie loves to work with clients to find the inner strength and flexibility. She learned the Pilates Method in Colorado in 2004 and in her own practice learned to become stronger through efficient movement. She continues to dive deeper into the movement world by continuing her movement education. When you don’t see Lisa Marie at the studio, she will be enjoying the great outdoors with her family, friends, and dogs in Idaho.

Lisa Marie has years of movement experience. She started her career in 2003 as a ACE Certfied Personal Trainer, in 2004 she started her Pilates career in Salida, Colorado gaining her Mat Certification from Physical Mind Institute, and in 2006 became fully Balance Body Certified. In 2017 she gained her Master Pilates Certification from Nora St Johns. Lisa Marie is a Educator for Balanced Body for aspiring teachers. She is a Neurological Conditions Pilates Practitioner, and has gone through extensive workshops with Madeline Black, Eric Franklin, Cara Reeser and many 2nd generation Pilates teachers.
