Get ready for a festive twist on our traditional Weight Circuit! Weather permitting, we’ll take the workout outside to the Tamarack Village grass front and use pumpkins as our weights as we move through a high-energy, full-body circuit.

Timed intervals of strength, cardio, and core exercises will challenge ever major muscle group while building endurance, stability, and strength.

We’ll finish with extra time to stretch, recover, and settle into the breath before heading back into your day.

All levels are welcome, with options to modify or progress each movement.
