The Idaho Department of Finance is partnering with AARP Idaho, and the Idaho Commission on Aging—Adult Protective Services, cyberIdaho, Idaho Commission for Libraries, Office of the Attorney General, and University of Idaho Digital Economy Program to hold a series of free community events throughout Idaho this fall to bring awareness to financial fraud and senior exploitation and share resources surrounding these topics. The target audience is seniors, adult family members, and caretakers; however, consumers of all ages are welcome.
