Witches and Wizards of all ages who can paddle their own non-motorized watercraft from Legacy to Rotary Park are welcome.

Please read the event requirements:

• Personal Floatation Devices required on each water craft. One can be provided if needed
• Free to participate, but must sign a waiver
• <18 must have a parent participate and sign child’s waiver
• Warm clothing a must, examples: wetsuit under costume, neoprene socks, layers
• Witch or Wizard hat also a must
