Can we have an option for new members to enter a 20% discount code? The directory does not have a coupon option
Price reduction for joining at different time of the year. I know we discussed this before but I could remember if they said it was an option. The directory cycle is one year at time of purchase
Currently, when you pay with a credit card online it asks you if you would like to have a onetime charge or annual, if you go with a onetime charge will it still store their credit card and bump them when they need to pay again? Yes, it will be a single change for the entire year. Once the deadline gets close they will get emails to renue.

This one’s a curveball but we recently had someone ask us to save their credit card on file for future payments on things like ads, if they pay online with annual will it store their card in WordPress or Stripe where we can use again? (This might be something I need to look into with Stripe but I thought I’d throw it out there)
Is there a way when members call to pay over the phone with a credit card can we do it in WordPress instead of Payeezy so it can auto-renew in the following years?

Err message when filling out the application but they are still coming through to infobox only members do not know whether they completed or not. Brian will get this fixed.
Streamlining the application, Business Profile, and payment. Is there a way we can have all three functions in one form? I don’t think we’ve had a member yet successfully complete all three. There are alot of options here that we can talk through
Membership
When adding users to Business Profiles we are still having issues with it linking to multiple profiles. Attached are the two recent ones that have had this issue. There was not a screen shot attached. I am not seeing the duplacates currently but we can talk through this. It might be a good idea to clean out all of the old profiles and data and make sure every profile is assigned to a member if possable.
When members want to reset their password is there a way to do that without going through “I forget my password”?
Is there also a way for members to log out? No, but there should be…
It looks like Membership Marketpace isn’t working. This is working, I added a sample under “Member Marketplace” in wordpress. Anything you add here will automatically show up on the main Member Market page.
