FunLuvin’ Fleecewear was founded by me, Kelli O’Keefe in 2017. I am a female boatman who was inspired to create my own line of clothing based on my love for adventures in the outdoors. For over 15 years I have guided multi-day river trips on the Colorado River through Grand Canyon in Arizona, on the Middle Fork of the Salmon and Main Salmon River in Idaho, and the Daqu and Salween River in Western China.
The river fuels my soul, and it was on the river where FunLuvin’ Fleecewear was born, a company devoted to making guide inspired clothing and gear for all adventures! I wanted to create fun, functional, and affordable clothing that’s versatile and can be worn on all the adventures.
Currently, I make skirts, shorts, cuddle buddies (sleeping pad covers), coffee table blankets, sun hoodies, trucker hats, and beanies.
Over the years, FunLuvin’ has grown tremedously. Thankfully, I am no longer sewing each garment myself. But through the help of a passenger I met on the river, I was able to increase production by establishing manufacturers to sew my products.
I am proud to say that all FunLuvin’ products are made with love in the USA, Colorado and Idaho to be specific.
This is something that is very important to me. I love being involved, hands on and helping to create local jobs for those communities. I will continue to source my fabrics and manufacturing as locally as I can!
