McCall Chamber Event Sponsorship Request

The McCall Area Chamber is excited to support local events that help drive overnight stays to our communities. Please complete all fields for consideration by the Board of Directors.

This would include anyone receiving money from the Idaho Travel Council grant program (McCall Area Chamber, Cascade Chamber, Donnelly Chamber, SWITA, etc.).

Sponsorship Requirement Acknowledgement

Logo Inclusion(Required)
The McCall Area Chamber of Commerce requires a clearly visible "Visit McCall" logo on signage, brochures, printed media, and/or the event website. Depending on your marketing strategy, the Visit McCall logo should be included when a list of sponsors are provided.
Social Media Tags(Required)
When promoting the event and sponsors, tag the McCall Area Chamber of Commerce / Visit McCall with @visitmccall (IG) and @visitmccall (FB) and/or use the hashtag #VisitMcCall to further elevate your event.
Cash Match Documentation(Required)
Match paperwork (i.e. event expense receipts) are required 30 days after the event. Please provide copies of invoices and copies of checks/credit card statements to prove payment of invoices. Match invoices must DOUBLE the amount of the sponsorship.
