Girl Scouts of Silver Sage Council is a girl-led youth organization that serves more than 4,100 girls throughout southern Idaho and in parts of Northern Nevada and Eastern Oregon. The council, along with a team of 2,300 local volunteers, delivers educational and leadership programs that build girls of courage, confidence, and character who positively impact the communities in which they live.
Girl Scouts of Silver Sage operates three properties in Idaho, including Camp Alice Pittenger in McCall. A great place for weddings, retreats, and family reunions, **we offer the use of our facilities to all Girl Scout groups, other youth groups, and non-youth groups**.
**Use Our Property as a Rental**
Camp Alice Pittenger is just three miles from downtown McCall and offers lodging for up to 40 winter campers. The property is adjacent to Ponderosa State Park with nearby access to Huckleberry Bay Loop and other popular snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails.
Camp Alice Pittenger is available for group or individual use and features eight insulated and heated cabins with access to a heated shower house and bathrooms, and a bunkhouse for eight that features a kitchen and multi-stall bathroom and showers. Reservations are currently being taken for dates throughout the winter, including New Year’s weekend and Winter Carnival in McCall.
**Use Our Property for a Wedding**
Camp Alice Pittenger is a perfect location for a nature wedding with a scenic backdrop. Available to you are eight insulated and heated cabins that sleep four to eight people, O’Conner McFarlan house that can sleep up to ten people with a private kitchen and a shower room, a Lodge that can host large dinner parties and a new multi-stall bathroom and shower house.
